We read 20 of the 49 comments on 周幺姑家常菜’s rib recipe and drafted replies.

The answer

Eight of the 20 comments deserve a reply: six questions and two people who say they bought or want to buy. The rest are praise and jokes.

Reply first

Someone asks whether to start steaming in cold or boiling water. The video never says, so the draft leaves that to the creator: “<cold or boiling>, steam for 35 minutes, a little longer if you like it softer.” Someone doubts ribs at 25 yuan a jin. Draft: “That is the price at our market; it varies by city.”
