Cam Mechanism — Iso

An isometric technical illustration of a small machine that explains itself — a shaft indexing three cams lifts three cards through their followers, then the whole machine explodes along its assembly directions into an exploded diagram. Real kinematics: follower lift is computed from the cam profile, four-step shade ramp picked by face normal, hairline strokes only, one causal chain lit vermilion at a time, a synthesized tabletop-instrument score.

How it works

Build the page: node scripts/build.mjs <sheet.json> --out build.
Optional: node scripts/stills.mjs --build build --at 1.5,2.2,3.4,4.3,5.0,5.5 — check the close-up, indexing and explode frames.
Render: node scripts/render.mjs --build build --out film.mp4 --workers 4.
