Litho Wafer Reel
Sheet-driven UV photolithography reels — a recursive die layout printed through a reticle under a 405 nm beam, a thin-film interference wafer emerging from develop fog, a probe card drawing its I-V sigmoid, then a scribe-and-split dice.
How it works
Author a JSON sheet: one shot per process step with seeds, HUD tags and a ruler
Pick the scale story — ruler shrinks from mm to µm and back as the run zooms in and out
Build with scripts/build.mjs, iterate on stills, then render the film
