Shift Handover Slides
Make training decks for front-line service teams, such as desk inductions, shift handovers, opening routines and volunteer counters: calm light pages with faint contour lines, two dark pages for the service standard and the handover, check rows, habit cards, journey rings, say-instead cards and drawn service interiors.
Bring the team and shift, the audience, the routines, numbers and phrases to use exactly and the page count; pictures optional. The Skill returns one offline HTML deck that edits in the browser and exports editable PowerPoint.
How it works
Brief and sequence
Your Agent asks for the topic, the audience, what should happen after the talk, the facts and numbers to use exactly, the language and the page count, then gives every page one layout and picks one palette.
Pictures and build
Without your own pictures it describes them in art.json and draws them with handover-art.py, writes plan.json and settings.json, then runs kit.py compose, make-deck.py and verify-deck.py to build one offline HTML file.
Look and export
It opens every page over local HTTP and checks headline wraps, text inside its cards and panels, labels on one line and charts against their numbers, tries edit, undo, save and present, then exports PowerPoint and runs verify-pptx.py against the deck.
Frequently asked questions
Is the PowerPoint really editable?
Yes. Headings, rows, metrics, cards, ring captions, quotes and the stat card are native text; cards, rules, rings, panels and backgrounds are native shapes; scenes are separate pictures, with speaker notes kept. No slide is a full-page picture, and with every text box deleted no text remains on any page.
Where do the pictures come from?
From you first. Otherwise the bundled handover-art.py draws them from art.json: service interiors (front desk, ward reception, depot counter, kitchen pass, book stacks) with windows, arches or doors, counters, plants and up to five faceless people in five poses, plus close views of a counter top. It uses only the Python standard library and calls no model or image service.
Which fonts does it use?
Plus Jakarta Sans 400, 500 and 700 under the SIL Open Font License. Install it on the presenting machine for matching line breaks in PowerPoint. Chinese, Japanese and Korean use the system face, and LibreOffice adds a small gap between Latin digits and Chinese characters.
What are the known limits?
The faint contour decoration sits behind some text by design. The arch outline on the closing page is one drawn layer. The focus card on habits and the focus ring on journey sit in fixed positions, so reorder the copy to change which item is highlighted. Layout geometry is fixed, and long Chinese headlines break wherever the line ends.
What was tested?
Both example decks were rebuilt from a fresh unzip of the package and matched the published HTML byte for byte. Every page was inspected in Chrome and in a LibreOffice render of the exported PowerPoint, 31 browser interaction checks passed on each deck, and python-pptx edits survived save and reopen. PowerPoint itself was not opened.
