Backrooms VHS Walk

A found-footage camcorder take through an endless fluorescent partition interior — pillarboxed 4:3 VHS with OSD, tracking tears and a distant silhouette.

How it works

Build the page: node scripts/build.mjs <sheet.json> --out build — validates the sheet and inlines the engine and vendored three.js.
Optional: node scripts/stills.mjs --build build --at 2,14,30 — render a contact sheet before the full pass.
Render: node scripts/render.mjs --build build --out film.mp4 — the engine films one continuous handheld take through the seeded interior and the post pass writes the tape.
