How it works

  1. Author a JSON sheet: shots with element kinds, depths, entrances, camera and overlays

  2. Anchor red-marker gestures to elements with annotate; put facts on word and counter layers

  3. Build with scripts/build.mjs, iterate on stills, then render the film
