Flip Countdown

A split-flap countdown timer film: every digit is a mechanical flip card that folds when its number changes, lands on exactly 00:00, then hands off to an end card. Silent 1080p.

Flip Countdown

How it works

  1. Write a sheet.json: countdown seconds, layout, flip style, title and end-card copy.

  2. node scripts/build.mjs sheet.json --out build/ bakes the deterministic page.

  3. node scripts/render.mjs --build build --out film.mp4 renders and verifies the silent MP4.
