Metaphor Figure Motion
A small worker figure acts out one physical metaphor on a white stage — pries a load on a lever, or patches a leaking cargo barge — while sparse handwritten annotations land in ink, red, orange and blue. Silent, deterministic, 16:9.
How it works
Author one sheet: metaphor, title, labels, cargo, colours, seed
build.mjs lays out the stage and inlines fonts + sheet
render.mjs scrubs the paused timeline and encodes the MP4
