Miniature City Timelapse
Turn a JSON sheet into a procedural town filmed from high above through a tilted lens: only a thin horizontal band of the frame stays sharp, so cars, walkers, boats and a hillside funicular read as toys on a board — their clock steps in stutters while the camera drifts smoothly, until the speed curve drops ×40 to ×1 and real time lands on one small subject.
How it works
npm install inside the Skill folder, then build.mjs → validate + assemble the page
stills.mjs for a contact sheet; iterate until the band sits on the subject and the town reads as a model
render.mjs → film.mp4, verified by ffprobe + full decode
