Sprite Diorama Tilt-Shift

A real 3D miniature set rendered as a pixel-art diorama: billboarded pixel characters step through poses at a low frame rate while lanterns, windows and campfires cast warm light, and a physical tilt-shift focus band turns the scene into a tabletop model with RPG-style title and dialogue cards.

How it works

  1. Author one JSON sheet: the set, characters, camera keys and overlay copy

  2. build.mjs validates the sheet and inlines engine + Three.js + fonts into one page

  3. render.mjs captures the page headlessly and writes a silent MP4 plus a report
