Event Countdown — Split-Flap Board

A Solari-style departure board counts down 3-2-1 with flipping glyphs, then stamps in your event's name, date, place and host — each value flipping in letter by letter — before a CTA banner lands. Silent, deterministic, 16:9.

How it works

  1. Author one sheet: header, rows, cta, colours, seed

  2. build.mjs validates the sheet and inlines fonts + the flap runtime

  3. render.mjs scrubs the paused timeline and encodes the MP4
