Split-Flap Board
A railway departures board that clatters to life: rows of flap tiles cycle through the alphabet and seat on each page's message in a left-to-right wave, status lamps blink amber/green/red, and a station clock ticks in the header.
How it works
Write a brief with the board title, fields, pages and lamp states
create.mjs compiles it into a self-contained canvas project
render.mjs checks, renders, muxes the clatter track and verifies the MP4
