Crater Raid: A Run-and-Gun on Destructible Terrain

Run, shoot, roll and throw grenades across a seeded crater world where every tile can be blasted, in one offline HTML file: bullets chew dirt, grenades dig craters, fire spreads and a roll puts it out. Clear each outpost of patrols, dodgers and grenadiers; levels grow wider, lives run out and the best level is kept. Every sprite, tile and sound is drawn or synthesised in code.

Crater Raid: A Run-and-Gun on Destructible Terrain

Bring the theme, the hero and the enemies, and optionally the terrain, the weapons, the level growth and the HUD text. The Skill returns a downloadable Skill (the run-and-gun project, a customize guide, headless verification) and one playable example run.

How it works

  1. Your coding agent copies the working game and follows the customize guide: palette and weather, terrain and outposts, the enemy table and escalation, movement, roll and grenades, props, HUD copy and the touch layout.

  2. The simulation runs on a fixed 60 fps step and levels come from a seed, so the verification and the cover replay the same way every time.

  3. The game is played headlessly under the sandbox policy: title, moving, shooting, breaking terrain, a grenade crater, a roll, a kill, damage and respawn, a level clear, game over and restart, plus a phone run.

Frequently asked questions

Does it call a model or need a key?

No. The Skill gives your agent a working game, a customize guide and verification; the game itself makes no network calls and calls no model.

Why is the demo sandboxed?

The frame has an opaque origin and no network access, so the scene can’t read anything from this page or reach the internet.

Is the game in English only?

Yes. The page is in two languages; the game’s own text is in English.

Is there co-op?

No. It is a single-player game; enemy counts are tuned for one player.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes: drag the left side to run, swipe up to jump, and use FIRE, ROLL and BOMB on the right. Verified under touch emulation, not on real devices.

Why is there no online generation?

Building a new scene needs a model key inside the sandbox, which the backend doesn’t support yet. Run the Skill with your own agent for now.
