Yanwu Arena: Live Pixel Duels, Your Own Fighters and Arenas

A pixel fighting game that runs in your browser: five chibi fighters with four skills and an ultimate each, six arenas, training and 1v1 duels. Three Skills let your Agent make a fighter, paint an arena or change the whole game, and you drop the file straight into the live arena.

Yanwu Arena: Live Pixel Duels, Your Own Fighters and Arenas

Bring a fighter or arena idea: look, theme, how it fights or what the place is. The Skill returns three downloadable Skills (yanwu-character, yanwu-stage and the full yanwu-arena engine) and a live arena that loads their files from your disk.

How it works

  1. The Agent scaffolds one plugin file and draws the body for twelve actions and the effects for five skills and a proc, all in code.

  2. The pack check validates it, runs every skill on the training dummies and duels every built-in fighter.

  3. Load the .yanwu.js file in this arena (it stays on your machine) or export sprite sheets and a showcase film.

Frequently asked questions

Does it call any model or need a key?

No. The Skill gives your agent a prompt, lessons and a reference scene; the scene itself makes no network calls.

Why is the demo sandboxed?

The frame has an opaque origin and no network access, so the scene can’t read anything from this page or reach the internet.

Can I play my own character here?

Yes. Make a .yanwu.js file with the Skill, then use “Load pack or plugin” in the frame. It is read in your browser and not uploaded.

Is it balanced?

An AI round robin keeps every built-in fighter between 25% and 75% win rate; the pack check duels your fighter against all of them.

Does it work on mobile?

It loads and shows the duel, but playing needs a keyboard.

Why is there no online generation?

Building a new scene needs a model key inside the sandbox, which the backend doesn’t support yet. Run the Skill with your own agent for now.
