Pixel Iso City
Turn a real city block into an isometric pixel-art city: OpenStreetMap buildings at their mapped heights, labelled landmarks, traffic and water, pan, zoom and turn it from day into night.
Bring a box on a city map and the landmarks to pin. The Skill returns a downloadable Skill (area bake, meta prompt, lessons, verification), a runnable scene and a 60-second film.
How it works
Bake the area from OpenStreetMap: buildings and parts with heights, roads, water, coastline, parks and landmarks.
Write the city’s style.json (place name, palettes, side of the road, landmark notes in both languages, film order), then check frames across the area.
Verify headlessly, build one self-contained HTML file and record the film.
Frequently asked questions
Does it call any model or need a key?
No. The Skill gives your agent a prompt, lessons and a reference scene; the scene itself makes no network calls.
Why is the demo sandboxed?
The frame has an opaque origin and no network access, so the scene can’t read anything from this page or reach the internet.
Is it a photo or a 3D model of the city?
No. Footprints, heights and names come from OpenStreetMap; colours, windows and textures are drawn by code. The ground is flat.
Can I draw my own block?
Yes. Bake a box up to 3.5 km on a side, pin its landmarks and write its palette and notes; each city needs its own look at the frames.
What about the map data licence?
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. The baked area is a derived database: share it under the ODbL and keep the credits line visible.
Why is there no online generation?
Building a new scene needs a model key inside the sandbox, which the backend doesn’t support yet. Run the Skill with your own agent for now.
