MiniMax H3 Image to Video

Generate native-stereo video from a first frame, with an optional last frame for keyframe control. Supports 768P and 2K resolution and 4–15 second output at 24 fps.

Official MiniMax pricing: $0.08 per output second at 768P and $0.13 per output second at 2K. Final billing uses the completed task's total_seconds when available, with the requested output duration as fallback.
