用途:

• 获取指定用户的信息

参数:

• sec_user_id: 用户sec_user_id，优先使用sec_user_id获取用户信息。
• user_id: 用户uid，可选参数，纯数字，如果使用请保持sec_user_id以及unique_id为空。
• 以上参数必须至少填写一个，优先级为sec_user_id > user_id，优先级越高速度越快。

返回:

• 用户信息

• Get information of specified user

Parameters:

• sec_user_id: User sec_user_id
• user_id: User uid, optional parameter, pure number, if used, please keep sec_user_id and unique_id empty.
