用途:

• 获取用户的个人信息

参数:

• secUid: 用户secUid
• uniqueId: 用户uniqueId
• secUid和uniqueId至少提供一个, 优先使用uniqueId, 也就是用户主页的链接中的用户名。

返回:

• 用户的个人信息
