获取投放过的账号/Get promoted accounts

用途:

• 获取当前 DOU+ 账户下投放过（有过订单）的抖音账号列表，支持游标翻页
• 此接口需要用户提供有效的 www.douyin.com 网页版 Cookie

参数:

• cookie: 用户的 www.douyin.com 网页版 Cookie（必填）
• limit: 每页账号数量，默认 20
• cursor: 翻页游标，首页留空，后续传上一页响应里返回的 sortID 值

返回:

• 投放过的账号列表（含昵称、sec_uid 等）

Purpose:

• Get the list of Douyin accounts that have been promoted (have orders) under the current DOU+ account, with cursor pagination
• Requires a valid www.douyin.com web Cookie

Parameters:

• cookie: User's www.douyin.com web Cookie (required)
• limit: Number of accounts per page, default 20
• cursor: Pagination cursor, empty for first page, then pass the sortID value from the previous response

Return:

• List of promoted accounts (nickname, sec_uid, etc.)
