Reconnect Session

POST/v1/agents/sessions/{session_id}/reconnect

SandBase extension for browser-style clients. Returns the current Session plus stream_url. Opening stream_url (GET /v1/agents/sessions/{session_id}/events/stream) sends session.snapshot with the Session, recent items, and turns, then live events and heartbeat. If the upstream breaks, the stream emits stream.interrupted with resend_input false: reconnect instead of resending input. This call needs only the agents.read scope.
