POST/v1/run

Kling Video 3.0 Turbo by KwaiVGI - animate still images into dynamic videos with AI. Transform photos into cinematic clips with natural motion, camera movement, and optional audio generation.

Request body

Submit an async generation request. The model field selects the model; other fields are model-specific input parameters.

Model identifier. Set to kwaivgi/kling-video/3.0/turbo/pro/image-to-video.

Default: kwaivgi/kling-video/3.0/turbo/pro/image-to-video

stringpromptrequired

Optional text prompt. For best results keep the prompt under 2500 characters. Mutually exclusive with `multi_prompt`.

stringimagerequired

First-frame reference image. Formats: .jpg/.jpeg/.png; max 50MB; min 300px per side; aspect ratio within 1:2.5 to 2.5:1.

Optional<integer>duration

Video length in seconds.

Allowed values: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

Default: 5

Optional<array<object>>multi_prompt

Multi-shot storyboard (1-6 shots). Each shot has its own prompt and duration; the total duration must not exceed 15s. Mutually exclusive with `prompt`.

Response Schema

The submit endpoint returns an accepted generation task. Poll the result endpoint with the returned id for terminal outputs or errors.

Optional<string>error

Error message if the task failed. Empty on success.

Model ID used for the prediction.

Optional<array>outputs

Array of generated content. Empty when status is not completed.
